We charge no upfront fees, and if we don't reduce your debt, you pay nothing for our services. Adem Selita
CEO & Co-founder
Adem Selita is CEO at The Debt Relief Co, where he combines his expertise in technology and service development in order to drive our core values. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from New York University and began his journey into debt relief back in 2015. Adem is known for his thoughtful and conscientious approach to decision-making, making sure that our core values remain aligned with client satisfaction.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Adem believes in the power of doing business the right way. As the moral compass of the company, Adem ensures every decision is driven by integrity and that we remain committed to the well-being of both clients and employees alike.
Dino Selita
President & Co-founder
Dino Selita is President at The Debt Relief Co, where he plays a vital role in generating new business and ensuring clientele always get the best possible outcome. He has over two decades of experience in the financial services industry and has a degree in Finance from Wagner College. Dino is renowned for his outside the box thinking and there is no problem so big he can’t solve. He is integral to our day to day operations and excels at navigating the complexities of the debt relief industry.
Dino is a loyal husband and proud father of four children. He is deeply family-oriented and his commitment to helping others is tremendous. His values-driven approach emphasizes fairness and a client-first philosophy and he is in large part the reason who are where we are today.
Ajdin Lekperic
CXO & Co-founder
Ajdin Lekperic is CXO of The Debt Relief Co, where he is dedicated to educating both clients and employees alike. He comes from a first generation American working class family and earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University. His expertise spans across multiple industries and Ajdin has held many different roles, including but not limited to: learning & development, sales operations, and small business management.
Ajdin is a firm believer in providing hands-on support to help clients overcome debt and help them establish a strong financial foundation for the future. He has also been integral in shaping the company’s strategy and direction, focusing on both client experience and employee development.
Our Origin Story
The Debt Relief Company was born out of a commitment to help consumers save money and get out of debt as quickly as possible while also providing a fair and transparent service. We started with some simple word of mouth and a desire to always put our clients first. Years of navigating the debt relief industry and financial services industry have honed our expertise in the space and have allowed us to add our own personal touch to how we think a debt relief program should look. We operate of our own accord and although we are a profit seeking business we always put the success of our clients before profits.
